1. No Returns

Due to the nature of our service, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid. Once you have subscribed to our POS software service and made the payment, you will have access to the service for the duration of your subscription period.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated. We will not refund any unused portion of the subscription fee.

3. Service Interruptions and Disruptions

While we strive to maintain a stable and uninterrupted service, there may be occasions when our service experiences temporary disruptions or interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issues promptly. However, we do not offer refunds or compensation for any service interruptions unless it exceeds a considerable portion of your subscription period.

4. Data Backup and Export

As a subscriber, you are responsible for backing up your data regularly. In the event of cancellation or termination of your subscription, you are encouraged to export and save your data from the system before your access is deactivated. We will not be liable for any loss of data after the account is deactivated.
